Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a small sized, nonexpensive and highly safe printing device without requiring a high voltage in which magnetic toners of ink, mist and powder form or the like, are retracted and flown by a magnetic force to print them on a recording paper between the printing head and the toner feeder.

CONSTITUTION: A printing head 1 is made of a magnetic material, has a printing part 2 on its top end and a coil 3 wound at its lower end. Above the recording paper 5 is arranged a toner feeder 6 having some tangled fine fibers 7 oppositely facing to the printing part 2 and magnetic ink 8 is immersed in the fibers. When the coil 3 is energized, a magnetic field is generated ranging from the printing part 2 to the toner feeder 6, the ink 8 is moved along the fibers 7 in the toner feeder 6, flown from the end 7' toward the printing part 2 under a form of particle 8'. And further the ink is flown linearly toward the nearest printing head 1. Due to this action, a printing is performed on the recording paper 5 in response to a shape of the printing part 2 just after the coil 3 is energized. As the recording paper 5 is approached more to the printing part 2 or as the fibers 7 are made to be more fine, a clear printing may be produced.
