Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform overtone oscillation stably by providing a passive circuit, which shows a capacitive or inductive property in the frequency band which includes a high-frequency vibration frequency but does not include a low-degree vibration frequency, to determine oscillation conditions. CONSTITUTION:Filter circuit 4 is constituted by a high-pass filter consisting of coils L1 and L2 and capacitor C4. The DC operating point of transistor (TR)1 is determined by the base current which is flowed from power source Vc to the base of TR1 through resistances R2 and R1. The base current and the collector bias current are flowed to the ground from the emitter of TR1 through coil L1. The oscillation output is taken out between output terminals 5a and 5b of circuit 4 and is supplied to load RL.
