Abstract

PURPOSE: To measure the level of an input signal covering a broad band by acquiring it stably by dividing a receiving frequency band into the high and low frequency bands and by using a LC variable oscillator and crystal variable oscillator as local oscillators.
CONSTITUTION: Switch 13 is switched, for example, manually to supply mixer 3 with the output of LC variable oscillator 11 when an input signal on the high frequency range side is acquired or with the output of crystal variable oscillator 12 when that on the lower side is acquired. The output of mixer 3 is supplied to indicating instrument 7 by way of band-pass filter 5 and amplifying detector 6, thereby indicating its level.
