Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayer hollow vessel excellent in gas shielding, moisture- proofing, transparency and shock-resistance by a method wherein modified polypropylene and gas shielding resin are injected at the same time and a multilayer parison is molded and blow-molded. CONSTITUTION:Unsaturated carboxylic graft modified polypropylene 2 and gas shielding resin 3 are connected with an injection nozzle 1 and injected into a mold in the form of a laminated tube to get a multilayer bottomed parison 8. This multilayer bottomed parison is molded in a blow molding die to stretch the longitudinal size by 1.3-4 times and the lateral size by 1.5-5 times at a resin temperature of 70-160 deg.C.
