Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness of the entire stator, to save materials and to improve the efficiency of motor by wrapping the yoke for each slot provided to the stator core with the stator winding in a toroidal form. CONSTITUTION:The toroidal stator winding 18 is provided to each slot 17 of the stator core, which consists of both the teeth 19 that is shaped inside the core and the yoke 20 that forms the outside part of the core, so that the winding 18 crosses the yoke 20.
