Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of electrical cutting-out, by leaving an uncut- out part in rough electrical working and by cutting out the part in finish working. CONSTITUTION:The primary working is effected by a wire electrode 1 outside the desired shape 4 of a product so that margin 5 which is worked afterward is left. A small supporting margin 7 is left at the end of the primary working. The secondary working is then started from the point of the end of the primary working and oriented in the opposite direction to the primary working so that the margin 5 is worked along the desired shape 4. Just before the end of the secondary working, an inner and an outer pieces 2, 6 are mechanically interlocked with each other by an appropriate part. The supporting margin 7 is worked so that the inner and the outer pieces 2, 6 are cut off each other.
