Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance dust removing efficiency by simultaneously performing direct heat recovery and dust collection in fluidized particle layer which passes high temperature dust-contg. gas so that heat is efficiently recovered.
CONSTITUTION: High-temperature dust-contg. gas is sent from feed duct 6, is passed through the space between connected pipes 8, and guided into hollow section 5. The gas is then passed through internal cylinder 2, fluidized particles 4, outer cylinder 3, is guided into a clean-gas recovery cylinder 12, and is recovered from recovery pipe 11. Meanwhile, water sent from a circulation pump 16 is preheated by passing heat exchange pipe 15 and is passed through filter body 1 via header 14. The water from which heat is recovered by biler tube 13 is sent to boiler drum 17 via header 18 connected to the top end of the tube 13. This simple construction enhances heat recovery efficiency and makes the equipment compact.
