Abstract

Therefore, the resonance frequency fn becomes the upper limit of the operating frequency of the apparatus. When a hollow portion 6 is so formed at the rod 3 of the actuator A as not to lose its strength to thereby impart the elasticity partially to the rod 3, the resonance characteristics of the actuator A can be deformed as shown by a curve 7. Thus, in addition to the original resonance frequency fn, the resonance frequency f'n is created in the higher frequency range than the resonance frequency fn. Therefore, this portion can be formed as operating range effective for the high frequency.
