Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable dialysis, whose efficiency is high and whose operation is easy, doubling as hemodia-filtration function by a method wherein a dialyzing liquid is pushed into the body fluid side such as blood from the dialyzing liquid side in one portion of the device while water is conversely extracted to the dialyzing liquid side from the body fluid side in another portion of the device.
CONSTITUTION: A dialyzing liquid delivery pump 7 and a dialyzing liquid feed pump 6 are previously operated in the quantities of discharge which difference between the quantities of the discharge is the prearranged quantity of water which will be subtracted from the interior of the body. When the flow rate of a dialyzing liquid passing through a through hole 9a of a partition wall 9 is adjusted by means of an adjusting plate 10, hydraulic pressure naturally becomes higeher than the pressure of a blood flow path in a dialyzator 1 in a first half portion 1a partitioned by means of the partition wall 9 of a dialyzing liquid flow path in the dialyzator 1 and the dialyzing liquid is intruded into blood through a semipermeable film 8, and the hydraulic pressure becomes lower than the pressur of the blood flow path in the dialyzator 1 in a latter half portion 1b and moisture in the blood is extracted into the dialyzing liquid.
