Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a ventilator capable of evenly ventilating and cooling every portion inside a house by a method wherein air humidified by a humidifying means arranged near an inlet of a suction-side duct is accelerated by blowing means, and fed into the house through delivery-side ducts.
CONSTITUTION: With water fed from a water feeder 6 to a filter 5 and with blowing means 3a and 3b driven, the outside air is introduced into a suction-side duct 13a through an inlet 12 and the filter 5, so that the air is humidified while passing through the filter 5. The humidified air in the duct 13a is pressurized by the blowing means 3a, 3b, and evenly delivered to the interior of a house 1 through delivery- side ducts 10a, 10b and air delivery ports 11. The delivered air evaporates upon contacting the warm air inside the house 1, absorbing heat of evaporation, so that the temperature inside the house 1 is lowered. Dirty air is discharged via discharge ports 8. Excessive water around the filter 5 and water adhered to the inside wall of the duct 13a flow out through a trough 15.
