Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate workability, reduce cost and improve performance, by providing plates with driving teeth concentrically facing each other and by coupling the plates with each other, windings a wire around the plate yokes and forming a magnetic circuit including a ring yoke around the wound wire.
CONSTITUTION: Plate yokes 11, which concentrically face each other, have the same shape and rotor shaft holes 12 in their centers. Numerous driving teeth 13 project centering the axes of the plate yokes so that the teeth are located on circles of slightly larger diameter than the peripheral surface of a rotor. Both the magnetic yokes 11 are combined with each other so that the teeth 13 mesh with one another and an equal distance is defined between the adjacent teeth. The combined yokes 11 are used as a winding frame to directly wind a wire to provide a coil 15. A ring yoke 16 made of a magnetic material is provided around the yokes 11 and secured thereon by welding or the like. According to this method, the coil can be provided without using a bobbin, the shape of the yokes is simple and their workability is facilitated. This results in reducing cost and improving performance of the motor.
