Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve close adhesion of collector with active-substance holding element and improve collecting faculty and active-substance holding faculty by holding a lead thin plate between two plastic band sheet in lattice form integrally and forming the opening in lattice form on the thin plate. CONSTITUTION:Between two plastic band sheets 2 and 2' in lattice form which are sent-out from stock rolls 1 and 1', a lead thin band-shaped sheet 3 is fed from a stock roll 1'', and the three sheets are passed through a pressing roller 4, and then the plastic band sheets 2 and 2' in lattice form are cut into the both surfaces of the lead thin band sheet 3 and press-fitted integrally. Laser beam 7 is radiated from a non-contact type heating source 6 to the lead thin band sheet 3 which is exposed in the lattice opening, and the parts in the lattice are fused and opened.
