Abstract
PURPOSE: To uniformalize brake function by inserting a partition plate which supports an inerti ball in the large diameter part in the stepped inner hole formed in a second housing, and positioning an elastic element interposed between the partition plate and the protruded part arranged in a first housing.
CONSTITUTION: A partition plate 50 is inserted into the large diameter part in the stepped inner hole 27 which is formed in the lower part of a second housing 21B, and the inner hole 25 is divided into a valve chamber R3 which stores an inertia ball 44 and a rear oil chamber R4 which communicates to an inlet port 21a. At the upper part of the partition plate, an oil hole A is formed which communicates to the vavle chamber R3 and the rear oil chamber R4. Between the rear end surface of the partition plate 50 and the inner end surface of the protruded part 28 formed in a first housing 21A, an elastic element 60 is interposed in compression state. Due to the repulsive force of this element 60, the front end surface of the partition plate 50 engages with the stepped part of the stepped inner hole 27, and the position of the partition plate 50 in the front and rear direction is determined, and the inertia ball 44 is set opposite to a valve seat 45 at a fixed interval, and the uniformalization of brake efficiency can be obtained.
