Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the device not to be affected by an environmental condition, by using an output signal from the detection signal processing unit as a signal of measuring an exposure dose of the ray to the inspected patient or as a feed-back signal to an X-ray output control system in the X-ray controller. CONSTITUTION:At the radiation port of an X-ray tube 3, that is, at the connection portion of an X-ray movable stop device 6 and the X-ray tube 3, is arranged a semiconductor radioactive ray detector 4. Its output terminal is connected to an input terminal of a detection signal processing unit 5 the output terminal of which is connected to the input terminal of an X-ray exposure dose monitor circuit 12. An output of the X-ray amount monitor circuit 12 is fed back to an X-ray controller 1 thus preventing an excessive exposure dose to the patient to be inspected.
