Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish quick production of an even sheet product at a low cost been under limited-manned control at a small place with the single proceeding of equipment covering the processes of cutting, bending, melting, working and adhering of sheet material.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet material 20 comprising a polyethylene laminate and a plastic film is cut and fused with the cut end folded to produce a product. In this process, a production equipment is integral composed of a circular cutter 1 rotating with a proper frequency (e.g. 30rpm), an air pressure bending device 2, a hot air adhering device 3 and a pressuring roll 5 arranged behind the cutter in order. Running the production equipment along the rail 5, the sheet material 20 is cut with the circular cutter 1 rotating, the cut end is folded by an air jetted from a jetting hole 2a of the air pressure bending device 2 and the sheet is softened folded by a hot air from the hot air adhering device 3. Finally, a pressure welding is performed with the pressurizing roll 5.
