CONSTITUTION: While combustion furnace 1 is being warmed, valves 14, 19, 18 are closed, and valves 16, 15, 21 are opened, so that the total amount of warm-up waste gas passes through valves 16, 15, pipe route of dust collector 7 and is discharged from discharge pipe 20. As a result, the dust collector 7 is warmed while the combustion furnace 1 is being warmed. To start charging coal, valves 14, 17, 18 are opened, blower 6 is started, so that the dry-preheat system is preheated and the most of gas is returned to the combustion furnace 1 to reutilize heat. A part of gas is used to preheat the dust collector 7 and discharged from the discharge pipe 8.
