Abstract

PURPOSE: To miniaturized and accumulate the recording head substantially having a small diameter of the ink chamber by a method wherein a trapezoid piezo element covering the ink chamber and the injection flow-way is used for improving injection efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: A base 18 having a piezo element 16, where all or a part of the ink chamber 13 and the ink injection flow-way 14 form a fan shape, and a pipe 17 is fixed by overlapping with the base 11. The ink filled in the injection flow-way 14 and the ink chamber 13 allows to inject by the force of the piezo element for improving the efficiency substantially. This enables to reduce the diameter of the ink chamber 13 with reduction of the base 11 size and the accumulation of a large number of nozzles on the same base.
