CONSTITUTION:When an input signal is SECAM color television signal, a signal with amplitude flattened by reverse-level filter 28 is supplied to ACC circuit 30, an ID signal is separated by non-modulation carrier ID signal separator 32, and circuit 30 is controlled by this signal. Color killer circuit 18 is controlled by SECAM signal decision unit 33 and held at the color side at the time of a high level and at a black- and-white state at a low level. When the input signal is a black-and-white signal, it is held at the low level and the same operation as the black-and-white signal is performed.
