Under this condition, powder particle material 14 is thrown into pipe 1 through hopper 12, while change-over valve 9 is operated to supply the compressed air inside receiver tank 8 into pipe 1. As the result, air valve 1 is closed due to the compressed air injection flow, pressure Px inside pipe 1 is increased, a pressure is loaded against material 14 in the direction of arrow and at the same time, a pressure is loaded against film material 5 toward outside direction. Furthermore, film material 5 is pressed toward outside direction, and by expanding the diameter, an aperture is created instantaneously between material 14 and film material 5. Nextly, by such operation and the pulling off operation of pipe 1, material 14 can be dropped easily to supply material 14 to the hole underground.
