Abstract

PURPOSE: To suppress the temperature drop of the pipe body and form the film of an even thickness on the inside surface of the pipe by feeding powder-form resin by gas into the revolving metal pipe, which has been preheated and is disposed level, from its one end then stopping the feeding of the gas and letting the powder- form resin stagnate in the pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A metal pipe 1 is preheated by an induction heater or the like and is mounted to a rotary chuck. Thereafter, it is revolved until a series of works are finished. Thence, the powder-form resin in the pipe 1 is sucked and is recovered into a sizing machine 7 through a recovery pipe 5.
