Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the noises caused by clearance, by selecting a relationship between the clearance, between the bearing portion of a rotor and a fastening pin, and the outer diameter of the fastening pin so that the relationship becomes a specified valve. CONSTITUTION:The outer frame of a motor portion is constituted by a motor case 4 and a case cover 5, and the outer frame of a speed-reducer 3 is constituted by a gear box 6 and a box cover 7. The poles of the motor are formed by pole 4a which is slitted and formed from the case 4 and a pole 5a which is slitted and formed from the cover 5 in the inner surface of a winding 9. A fastening pin 10 is pierced through the center of a hole 8, and both ends thereof are fixed to the case 4 and the cover 7. A rotor 11 is inserted and supported so that it rotates freely. The rotor 11 is constituted by a bearing portion 12 comprising synthetic resin, a magnet 13, and a pinion 14. The clearance c between the fastening pin 10 and the rotor-bearing portion 12 is so selected that the relationship satisfies c/d <=0.015 with respect to the outer diameter d of the fastening pin, thereby the noises caused by the clearance can be reduced.
