Abstract
PURPOSE: To make irrigation from the underground utilizing a underdrainage pipe while the underground water level of the fields is automatically adjusted invariably to the preset value regardless of the rainy and dry seasons.
CONSTITUTION: The setting of the water level is made with inclined rotation of the water level adjusting L-shaped short pipe 1 with the underdrainage pipe 14 as the axis. The actual water level is detected with a float 3 within the case 2 and the feeding valve 9 is opened or closed through a lifting rod 4, a leverage rod 5 and a working rod 7 connected to the float 3 according to the water level. When the actual water level is lower than the preset value, the float 3 lowers while the feed valve 9 rises whereby water is fed from the water feeding pipe to the underdrainage pipe 14. When it reaches the preset value, the float floats to close the water feeding pipe thereby halting the feeding of water.
