CONSTITUTION:In the cylinder-type body, in which anisotropic cylinder-type magnet 2 has been inserted in cylindrical case 1 made of ferromagnetic material, cylinder-type ferromagnetic material 3 is inserted, and it is set between magnetic field generating yokes 6 and 7, and these are connected to both sides of electromagnets 4 and 5 respectively, so that its axial line will directly contact to magnetic field by magnets 4 and 5.
