Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate a voltage caused by temperature fluctuation, vibration or impact and stabilize operation, by combining two pyroelectric units, which generate a positive and a negative voltages, two switches and an amplifier with one another. CONSTITUTION:The first pyroelectric unit 2, which generates a voltage of positive characteristic as to temperature change, and the second pyroelectric unit 12, which generates a voltage of negative characteristic symmetric to that of the former voltage, are connected to each other through two diodes 14, 15 coupled backward to each other. A terminal of the circuit comprising the pyroelectric units and the diodes is connected to an FET amplifier 4. Since the diode switches 14, 15 are provided, a signal undergoes no gradual change even if compensation is effected against the ambient temperature change. If both the pyroelectric units 2, 12 are placed concentrically with each other, external vibration can be compensated.
