Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the operation speed of a driver circuit by providing transfer gate MISFET between a setting part amplifying an input signal and driving part. CONSTITUTION:A dynamic MIS amplifier driver circuit consists of setting part 1 amplifying a fine input signal up to a power voltage and driving part 2 receiving a differential voltage from this setting part 1 and generating a driving current driving a load. Between the output of setting part 1 and the input of driving part 2, transfer gate MISFETs Q20 and Q21 are provided which are brought under control by an adequate timing pulse, e.g., operation timing pulse phi3 of driving part 2. Thus, the output capacity of setting part 1 is separated from the input capacity of driving part 2 and a load on setting part 1 can be relieved. Therefore, the operation speed of the dynamic MIS amplifier circuit can be increased.
