Abstract
PURPOSE: To accelerate a motor with the acceleration current of the stabilizing current value or less according to the specified rotating speed and achieve the expansion of the applications of the centrifugal machine by controlling the acceleration current of the motor by a thyristor and a control circuit which controls this.
CONSTITUTION: The accleration current of a motor 6 is controlled by using a bidirectional thyristor 4. Controlling of this bydirectional thrysistor 4 is accomplished by a gate circuit 7. As the circut for controlling the gate circuit 7, it is so controlled that the acceleration current of the stabilizing current value or less according to the specified rotating speed is flowed to the motor 6 by way of the tyristor 4 while there is the output of an electronic timer 30 which outputs the specified pulses, when a pulse is inputted. From the point when there is no more output of the timer 30, the circuit is so controlled as to flow the acceleration current of the stabilizing current value or more to the motor 6 by way of the thyristor 4. Here, the acceleration current may be changed as desired by a variable resistor 36.
