Abstract

PURPOSE: To develop the safety of working environment through the process consisting of boring an injection pipe, giving cracks by agitating the ground with a small amount of high-pressure jet water, jetting powder coagulant into the cracks, making quick coagulation of the coagulant using the affinity thereof with the water contained in the ground and preventing the floating of the coagulant using jet water.
CONSTITUTION: After a hole is bored up to a given depth, the ground 24 is given cracks through the agitation with the high energy of the rotary jet 25 of the ultrahigh pressure water supplied through a pressurized water pipe 4 and an air nozzle 21 while an injecting pipe 1 is being transferred. As the injecting pipe 1 is drawn up, a cracked columnar region is formed in the peripheral ground 24 using the rotary jet 25 while powder coagulant 26 such as powder cement which is fed by a compressor 13 is supplied as powder jet 27 by means of a nozzle 18 into the cracked ground 24. The powder coagulant 26 causes affinity reaction with the water contained in the ground to form a coagulation columnar structure 28 from down to up.
