Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the construction while enabling the incorporation of a voltage regulator within the generator by mounting a voltage regulator assembly on a sheet plate having a wiring molded, arranged between the frame and a commutator cooling fin.
CONSTITUTION: A roughly arc sheet plate body 31 having a necessary wiring molded inside is used as the substrate. A contactless voltage regulator 10 covered with a case 10' serving as radiation plate and a terminal device 12 having external terminals 12A∼12C are placed to form a voltage regulator assembly 30, which is mounted in the clearance between the cooling fin 5A of the rectifying device and the rear side end frame 20 so as to be parallel to the fin. This facilitates the connection in the mounting of the voltage regulator 10 or the like while excess space is eliminated thereby allowing the incorporation of the voltage regulator.
