Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable high efficient treatment of a stock material being easily susceptible to heat deterioration and scale generation by a mechanism wherein an auxiliary side plate is provided between an attaching flange of a heat transfer barrel and a side plate of a stock material inlet side in a freely detechable manner and a space of a radius direction can be adjusted. CONSTITUTION:By inserting an auxiliary side plate 14 between a flange 11 and a side plate 10 and changing the thickness of the said auxiluary side plate 14 optionally, a radius direction space 3 can be optionally adjusted while an axial direction space 13 is constantly maintained. Or, to a leading end portion of a rotary blade 2 at the side of a stock material inlet 4 attached to a main schaft 9 in a manner movable to an axial direction, an auxiliary rotary blade 15 is attached along to the inclination of this rotary blade in a manner movable to an axial direction and, by moving an auxiliary rotary blade to a direction reverse to a moving direction of a rotary blade 2, a radius direction space 3 is formed in an optionally adjustable manner while an axial direction space 13 is constantly maintained.
