Abstract

PURPOSE: To generate a high voltage through a simple construction, by insulating a conductor from another one surrounding the former as a cable and by coiling these conductors.
CONSTITUTION: Conductors 2, 3 are insulated from each other by an insulator 4. Another insulator 5 is provided on the outside surface of the conductor 3 to insulate it. A cable 1 is coiled. An input power source 6 is connected between both the terminals A, C of the conductor 2. An output voltage is picked out between intermediate terminals which are not those A, D. The high voltage can thus be generated without preparing a coil and a capacitor separately.
