Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate an influence of a pilot flame at a low temperature cooking as well as to provide a positive ignition by a method wherein a flash-back pipe is arranged over a flame transmitting burner integrally between the pilot flame and the burner.
CONSTITUTION: A pilot flame 3 is arranged outside the oven housing 1 to prevent some thermal influence in the oven housing 1 in case of a low temperature cooking. The flash-back pipe 8 is arranged to cover a top surface of the flame transmitting burner 7, a side ridge 10 is arranged over an entire length of the burner to prevent some cooking juice or oil from being adhered directly to the flame transmitting burner 7 and from being clogged in the flame opening 9. The flash-back pipe 8 prevents a danger of explosion due to a full charging of gas after the burner 2 is fired by the back flash after a portion of the gas exited from the burner 2 is guided to the pilot flame 3.
