Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve reliability while reducing cost by supporting a piezoelectric element by a conductive nonmetal elastic body. CONSTITUTION:Three circular holes 38-40 where conductive rubber contacts 35- 37 are fitted are provided in electrode films 41 and 42 of lid body 31. Rubber contacts are obtained by forming isotropic conductive rubber in a fine screw shape, and their tops serve as contacts with piezoelectric element 22. In the center of case body 26, inward projection 30 is arranged as a contact. Elasticity of rubber contacts hold piezoelectric element 22 opposing to projecting contact 30. Three-point support by rubber contacts provides the secure holding of the piezoelectric element and even if supporting force would vary, variation in resonance frequency is nearly zero.
