Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize high precision by reducing errors of a current inverter circuit due to non-linearity by equipping 1st and 2nd current sources with a current ratio equal to the Miller current ratio of a current Miller circuit. CONSTITUTION:Constituents of current inverter circuit 1, i.e. P-channel FETs 11 and 12 are a couple of FETs of the same channel with ratio 1:n of channel width and determine an inverted-current ratio. Then, resistance 21 and FETs 17 and 18 biased by a bias voltage developed at gate-drain connection point 22 of n-channel FET20 form 1st and 2nd constant-current sources 5 and 6.
