Abstract

PURPOSE:To restrain a steel pipe preheating at a low temperature by a method wherein a low softening hot melt adhesive is applied for cladding the steel pipe with a plastic. CONSTITUTION:After preheating a steel pipe at 95-140 deg.C, a hot melt type adhesive 6 is coated from a circular die type adhesive extrusion die, and then a plastic cladding layer 7 is shielded from the plastic extrusion die 4 to solidify. This enables to reduce a production cost and improve the productivity due to low temperature preheating.
