Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide an automotive air conditioner which can cool, heat and dehumidify by providing air duct switching plates in air ducts at the inlet side of an outdoor heat exchanger and at the inlet and outlet of an indoor heat exchanger, and in an air duct for communicating the cooling air duct of an electric device with the above air ducts. CONSTITUTION:High temperature and pressure gas refrigerant exhausted from a compressor 1 is introduced through a four-way switching valve 24 into an outdoor heat exchanger 2, and heat exchanged with the outside air introduced through an outside air duct 11 by a fan 5 to be thus cooled and condensed to become liquid, which is then introduced into a pressure reducing mechanism 3. Liquid refrigerant thus reduced under pressure by the mechanism 3 is partly introduced through a receiver 25 into an indoor heat exchanger 4 while evaporating, and heat exchanged with the outside air introduced from a circulation air duct 12 through a circulated air branching air duct 16, communication air duct 14, and branching air duct by a fan 6 to be thus evaporated.
