Abstract
PURPOSE: A carbon extruding press which is free of raw material leakage and is easy to make bayonetting coupling and releasing, having the mechanism in which coupling is made when closing part is rotated and face pressure is generated at the closing part and cap tip by the driving force of closing cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: In order to compress carbon raw material inside the container 2 and the nozzle 3, the closing cap 4 is moved by the movable cylinder 6 until the center and concentric position of the nozzle 3. Then, the concabed portion 4a and the convex portion of the nozzle 3 are made to conincide with each other by the turning cylinder 9 and then moved to the nozzle 3 side bt the movable cylinder 7. In this case, the cap 4 and the nozzle 3 are combined by bayonetting coupling without working the closing cylinder 10 on the closing plate 12. Then, bayonetting coupling is made by turning the cap 4 through a necessary angle, and oil pressure is supplied from the liquid pressure supply and exhaust port 14 and the plate 12 is pressed by the cylinder 10 so as to make seel at the tip of the nozzle 3. And, under the seald condition, raw carbon material is formed by compression through the ram 1 by means of the whole force of the press body.
