PURPOSE:To prevent hardware from enlarging by providing a common signal transmitter-receiver for data classification of a standard sequence and a standard/unstandard converter circuit to each circuit for data classification of an unstandard sequence. CONSTITUTION:The DT1 belongs to the unstandard data sequence, and DT2 the standard data sequence. Between a terminal and common signal transmitter-receiver SSR, signals are transmitted via data-circuit-station side device DCES and time- division multiplying distributor MPX/DMPX, but in case of the terminal of unstandard data sequence, converter circuit CONV is further inserted between unstandard data classification and standard data classification. As a result, SSR needs to transmit and receive only data of a standard sequence and the enlargement of the hardware for the transmission and reception of unstandard sequence data can be prevented.
