Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a wrinkle-free, closly laminated iron core of an uniform plate thickness by the procedure in which a tapered iron core plate whose one side's thickness in the width direction is thicker than that of another side is rolled into uniform thickness through rollers, then laminated into a spiral form, and lastly slotted.
CONSTITUTION: The iron core plate 1 whose one side's thickness t2 in the width direction is thicker than that t1 of another side is rolled into the iron core plate 2 of uniform thickness t1 through a pair of the rollers 10 and 11, and then the iron core plate 2 is laminated into a spiral form. The laminated iron core is then slotted from its end part to form laminated iron core. The aperture between a pair of the rollers 10 and 11 is uniform t1. When the thickness t2 of another side is rolled into the thickness t1, a spiral form is produced. Thus, it is possible to manufacture a wrinkle-free, closely laminated iron core having an uniform thickness and also to punch slots with high accuracy after spiralling.
