Abstract
PURPOSE: To avert the cohesion of carrier material at the producing of the fluoro polymer covered carrier material by forming the fluoro polymer material to be deposited on core material with a low melting point polymer intermediate layer and a high melting point polymer surface layer.
CONSTITUTION: A fluoro polymer of a relatively low melting point such as copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene is coated on the core material composed of sand of about 50 to 100μ in particle size, glass beads, ferromagnetic material powder, etc., following to which a fluoro polymer of a high melting point such as tetrafluoroethylene homopolymer is further coated thereof, thence the materil is put in an electric furnace to allow the low melting point fluoro polymer layer to melt thereby letting the core material and high melting point fluoropolymer layer be bonded.
