By inserting flywheel diodes 31 in parallel to inputs of respective voltage-dividing power supplies, impedance values between input sides and electronic-system load sides are made low sufficiently to remove variations in potential, and the input and output of the DC-DC converter are connected together directly. Consequently, a miniature and light-weight DC-DC converter can be obtained.
