Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve reliability as well as to eliminate wear due to sliding in such a way that a sectoral vane is provided on a hub of a turning rotor in the cylinder, and compressive action is done by composing of portions only to make rotary motion.
CONSTITUTION: A vane 22 is installed onto a hub 21 of a rotor turned by a motor 32. The shape of the vane 22 is in a form of a surface 16 when the plane 15 is bent such that it gets concaved to the side of the surface 16 holding vertical state by installing the tetragonal surface 16 onto the plane 15. A disc rotary plate 24 having a slit 25 inserted with the vane 22 is turned through a gear by a rotary axle 37. If the hub 21 and the plate 24 gets turned in the arrow direction, both actions of air discharge and intake are done because an air intake connecting groove 26 and a discharge connecting groove 27 are linked respectively with an air intake port 28 and an air discharge port 29.
