Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the relative gap between the outer peripheral surface of a stationary liquid supply tube and the inner peripheral surface of a rotary liquid supply tube facing with the stationary tube and to reduce thermal introduction into the liquid by providing a spiral liquid flow path at the inner peripheral surface of the rotary tube.
CONSTITUTION: A starionary liquid supply tube 1 mounted at a stationary casing 1a is formed of double pipe having vacuum layer 3, and inserted at suitable interval into the inner peripheral surface of a rotary liquid supply tube 2 of double pipe having vacuum layer 3. A spiral guide flow path 8a opened at the outer peripheral surface side of the tube 1 along the inner peripheral surface of the tube 2 is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the tube 2 and the outer peripheral surface of the tube 1 so as to feed cryogenic refrigerant liquid toward the inner peripheral surface of the tube 2 in supplying direction when the tube 2 is rotated. Since the refrigerant liquid is always directed in the supplying direction in the construction thus formed, it can reduce the thermal introduction into the liquid and also increase the relative gap 5.
