Thus, the dial tone is heard by the subscriber TEL. Here, if the subscriber TEL is dialed within a fixed time, the partner subscriber TEL is called out based on the dialed number to give the general dial service. While in case the time is over, the number of the partner subscriber registered in memory M is read out to carry out the hot-line service to call out the parter subscriber.
