Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The local signal generating circuit 10 provides the voltage controlled frequency oscillator 20 generating local signal, programmable variable frequency demultiplication circuit 29 inputting the oscillated frequency and outputting after demultiplication in the designated frequency dividing ratio, frequency selection and control circuit 32 designating the said frequency dividing ratio according to the specified program or at random, and the phase locked loop detecting the phase difference to the reference frequency of the output of the programmable variable frequency dividing circuit 29 and feedback-controlling the voltage controlled frequency oscillator 20.
