Abstract

PURPOSE: To make possible the detection of troubles of electric position detector including resolver or the like through a constant monitoring to clarify whether the signal from a position detector is present or not within a span having a constant range.
CONSTITUTION: Whenever any control rod is selected, a corresponding position signal is given to a comparator 36 from an AD convertor 35. The lead switches works as follows: if the first control rod is at a position of pulling, a lead switch S1 among the group of lead switches stays on. Thereafter, with the control rod further inserted, the insertion can be memorized up to a position of 300 mm from the position of full pulling. With further insertion thereof by 300 mm, a lead switch S2 is turned on, thereby memorizing the state. The output from the memory circuit is connected to a comparator 36 with which it is compared with a position signal from the AD convertor 35. When the output exceeds the specified value, an alarm device 38 is actuated.
