Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain proper feed water flow and pressure by keeping the turbine at the rotational frequence of more than primary critical speed, and by controlling constant the feed water pressure by regulating valve.
CONSTITUTION: The device is equipped with feed water pressure regulating valve 6 and turbine adjusting valve 8. Said pressure regulating valve 6 is controlled by feed water pressure adjusting meter 11 which inputs the feed water pressure of feed water pump 1 through feed water pressure converter 10, so that the feed water pressure of feed water pump 1 becomes constant, and the turbine adjusting valve 8 is controlled by higher value preference circuit 12 which gives priority to a signal of higher absolute value between turbine rotational frequency bias signal and feed water flow signal. With the turbine 4 kept at the rotational frequency of more than the primary critical speed, a constant control of feed water pressure of the adjusting valve 6 is achieved against the feed water pressure variation based on the rotational frequency control of the turbine 4, and the appropriate feed water flow and pressure can be provided to the boiler without operating the turbine 4 for a long time in the primary criltirical speed range at the time of low load.
