Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the fast speed operation for the logic circuit greater in parastic capacitance, by detecting the change in the potential of the junction point of the driving part between the driver and load and by inserting the connection citcuit controlled for the conduction. CONSTITUTION:The connection circuit 10 is connected at the nodes A and B between the load IGFETM1 and drivers IGFETM2 and M3. The circuit 10 inputs the potential at point A, the output inputs the comparison voltage VT and inputs also to the control circuit 20 controlling the conduction of the circuit 10 with the potential at point A whether it is greater than the voltage VT or not. That is, when the input 1 is in high level and IGFETM2 is turned on, the circuit 10 is conductive, and next, if the input 1 is at a low level and IGFETM2 is turned off, the potential at point A is increased and if it exceeds the voltage VT, the circuit 20 makes non- conductive the circuit 10 and the capacitance Co is cut off. Thus, the effect of the capacitance Co of the driver on the output is remarkably made less and the operation speed can be quickened.
