Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the torque of a coreless motor by increasing the number of turns of the rotor winding by reducing the stacked pitch of the folded portion of the rotor winding shorter than that of the alignment winding rotor and separating the insulating coating of the folded portion connected to a commutator piece.
CONSTITUTION: A winding 1 coated with insulator on the outer periphery is formed in cylindrical shape by means of lap winding. The insulator is separated from the folded portion 2a corresponding to the portion connected to the commutator piece of the winding 1 to thus form an energizing portion so as to simply connect with the commutator piece. The rotary torque of the motor is increased by reducing the stacked pitch of the folded portion of the winding 1 shorter than that of the alignment winding rotor and increasing the number of turns of the winding 1
