By this procedure, generation of etch pits is prevented, and there is no possibility of generation of microcraks from the grain boundary. The tension residual stress on the surface of the processed articls can be rendered into a compression residual stress, and there is removed a possibility of the microcracks on the surface of the processed article being age opened
