Abstract

PURPOSE:Title machines wherein a synthetic resin is molded by using a specifically composed injection head, injection mold, and blowing nozzle to give molded products free from the formation of flash or deformation at neck and bottom parts. CONSTITUTION:A resin is injected into a cavity between injection mold 5 and core 3 and excess amount of the resin is sent back from gap 10 into head 1 by making mandrel 4 downward. Simultaneously the excess resin is cut with the edge that is formed by mandrel 4 and mold 5 to form preform 8. Then mold goes down a little where mold 5 opens and comes back to the downwared limit. Subsequently, preform 8 is placed into mold 6 and blow molded to form product 9.
